Who is TAGZ?
TAGZ trades under TAGZ GROUP PTY LTD which is an Australian umbrella company that is privatized and limited by shares. The company is fully registered and enrolled in the official online Australian government database. The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) is the regulatory body who overseas all Australian company and digital currency exchange registrations.
Is TAGZ Legit?
The first step in due diligence is to perform the main company background checks to make sure that TAGZ is not scam and the best way is to perform a basic company lookup online.
As you can see from the above image, TAGZ GROUP PTY LTD is definitely a real company that is in fact active and registered out of Toorak, Victoria (Melbourne) Australia.
We did this check online ourselves through the official Australian Government Database for which the results cannot be faked as it the official database for all active and current registrations.
Is TAGZ Licensed to Operate an Exchange?
Having a registered company is one thing but having the correct licensing/registration in place to operate an online digital exchange is another. The Australian Government has clear laws to follow when setting up an exchange and we wanted to make absolutely sure to verify that TAGZ had this requirement in place. If they did not, it would be a sure fire way to labeled as a scam.
We performed a different online check with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre to verify that TAGZ had the correct registration licensing in place to operate a digital currency exchange.
The results came back positive as TAGZ were in fact legitimately enrolled with AUSTRAC as both a Remittance Dealer and Digital Currency Exchange Provider. This was certainly great news to see that TAGZ passed our preliminary checks and things definitely looked good so far because in order to run an exchange in Australia, the above 2 requirements are mandatory. This allows TAGZ the 100% ability to operate an Australian exchange.
What is TAGZ Exchange All About?
On the official TAGZ website states that they are Australia’s 1st Fully Regulated AML/CTF Compliant Austrac Registered Dual Gateway Exchange Platform.
Below is a copy of the TAGZ Mission Statement that was taken out of the TAGZ Whitepaper:
TAGZ aim is to develop and maintain a Dual Gateway Exchange that is White-label and to completely eliminate flash crashes in price, pump & dumps, spoofing, fake volume aswell as tightening up security to prevent any data breaches.
What is a Dual Gateway Exchange?
A Dual Gateway Exchange referred to as a DGE allows for both Traditional Trading of an asset in what’s commonly known as an Order Book and the market of Futures Trading where a Derivative is being traded and not the actual asset itself.
The TAGZ platform will allow inter-trading of all main pairs including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Altcoins as well as custom indexes and derivatives.
A Seriously Powerful Idea
The Dual Gateway Exchange idea is one that is totally new and we believe will surely flip the Crypto exchange industry on it’s head. The market is heading in the direction of offering users a more seamless way to trade and interact with Cryptocurrencies and many traders nowadays are wanting more ‘bang for their buck’ by using margin trading and leverage on their trading positions. This is where TAGZ Exchange will surely shine because it will solve this current infraction in the market by putting everything together in one easy to use platform on one website.
🏆 Unique Concept
TAGZ Token Utility
The TAGZ Token was created to reduce exchange trading fees much in the same way that Binance’s BNB token does the same.
This utility model has already been proven to work and now by utilizing it with both traditional trading and derivative structure, will hope to be a well oiled machine.
First 90 Days: There will be NO FEES charged for the first 90 days after official exchange launch on both Traditional & Futures on any asset.
Next 90 Days: After the initial 90 day period has lapsed, our fees are only: 0.0005%
Day 181 – 240: In this next period our fees remain ultra-low and are only: 0.0010%
Day 241 – 365: This period will mark 12 months in operation and our fees are only: 0.0015%
🏆 Low Trading Fees
TAGZ understands that in order to grow it’s user-base it’s vitally important to have an Affiliate Program in place to incentivize users to be part of the TAGZ Exchange and to encourage others to do the same. Most other exchanges have deployed the same philosophy either through paying out referral commissions upon new user signups or paying out a set amount on trading activity over a specified time period.
Affiliate Commissions: 25%
Paid every 30 days
Perpetual trailing commissions
Each user is automatically approved with an Affiliate Account
Commission paid on all trading activity fees from each user you bring!
Make a healthy ongoing income from active traders just for telling them about TAGZ
🏆 High Affiliate Commissions
Being that the majority of online exchanges offering crypto trading services are purely unregulated does position TAGZ in a good spot. TAGZ Exchange will be regulated with and is registered with both ASIC and AUSTRAC so there is no cause for concern. Using unregulated exchanges is always high-risk so by having the piece of mind that TAGZ’s focus is to help users of the exchange and not to have to worry if they are going to be ‘shut down’ from day to day and knowing your money is safe, really is a big win for users.
